This weekend we enjoyed the sunny weather and went on a hike with our friends Carlos, Emily, and their 7-month old baby, Elena. The trail led through Marin's Tennessee Valley which was impressively vibrant and green this time of year. At the end, we arrived at the beach, where Josephine saw the ocean for the first time! She also saw her first ponies... but she didn't seem to notice. Maybe in a few more months. During the trip, she may have set the record for the most drool to date (Dan estimates nearly a gallon!).
