We took our first step in our new project to develop the communal/family "farm" in Sacramento. We cleaned up the main plot, turned the soil, planted fava bean seeds and set up a support for a future pea trellis.We'll be back in a couple of weeks to plant the peas, some garlic, and a few other winter crops.Thanks to Papa and Gma for letting us get our hands dirty in their backyard!
