Josie needs something to occupy her attention when we feed her: a utensil to play with, finger food to mash, or a green tomato to gnaw. Anything novel, otherwise she'll refuse to be spoonfed. Recently she's been offering things to people, and here she offers Dan the green bean she's holding. Dan demonstrates how to sneak a spoonful into her mouth while she's preoccupied.
