Josie stands up on two feet more and more each day. She's barely taken any steps yet; when she's standing, she likes to use her hands and wave them, or hold a toy. Josie was attracted to this stack of carpet samples in our kitchen and she used the stack as a stage to play on. She does the "cat pounce" on her helpless octo-nip toy:
Josie sometimes likes to suck on an ice cube wrapped in a washcloth when she's feeling cranky. Now she can stand up and wave it around:
